incurring any charges. Beyond this period, cancellations must be requested with a 30-day
notice as per the agreed contract terms.

cancellation.
Refunds
If you have made an advance payment for the month and wish to discontinue services, a
pro-rated refund will be issued based on the number of days services have been rendered.
However, no refund will be provided for services completed and delivered.
Refunds for partially completed services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, ensuring
fair value for the work completed.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable once initiated or completed, such as:
• Custom Strategy Creation: Once the initial strategy is shared.
• Campaign Setup and Execution: After ad campaigns have been launched.
• Consultation Sessions: Once the session is conducted.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business
days of approval. No additional fees will be charged for refund processing.
