At Lamniformes Marketing, we strive to provide transparent and straightforward pricing
for our digital marketing services. This policy outlines our service pricing structure,
payment terms, and related conditions.
Service Pricing Structure
Our pricing varies based on the scope, complexity, and duration of the services requested.
Standard monthly packages are offered, along with custom quotes for specific project-based
work. Below are our standard service categories:
1. Monthly Retainer Packages
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Management: ₹50,000 per month
• Google Ads Management: Pricing discussed during consultation
• Combined Meta & Google Ads Management: Custom pricing based on the
combined scope
2. Project-Based Services
For one-time services such as strategy creation, campaign setup, or audits, the pricing is
calculated based on the complexity and deliverables required.
• Strategy & Consultation: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per strategy
• Ad Account Audit: ₹20,000
• Campaign Setup Only: ₹30,000 per platform
3. Add-Ons and Consultation
Additional services, such as custom ad creatives, landing page design, or in-depth analytics
reporting, are priced separately. The pricing will be shared based on requirements.
Payment Terms
1. Advance Payment: All monthly retainer fees are payable in advance at the start of
each month.
2. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other
electronic payment methods as agreed upon.
3. Contract Duration: Services are typically offered in 3-month contracts to ensure
enough time for optimization and results.
4. Service Modifications: Any changes in the scope of work during the contract will
be subject to renegotiation and may incur additional costs.
Payment Schedule and Invoicing
1. Invoices: Invoices will be generated and sent at the beginning of each month, along
with a breakdown of services.
2. Late Payments: A late payment fee of 5% of the monthly fee will be applied if
payments are delayed by more than 7 days from the invoice date.
3. Discounts: Discounts are provided for clients who choose to pay for 6 months or
more upfront, or as part of a custom package.
Service Suspension
If payments are not received within 14 days from the due date, services will be temporarily
suspended until dues are cleared. We will notify you 3 days in advance of any service
suspension.
Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to update the pricing structure. Any changes will be communicated 30
days in advance, and new rates will apply to the next billing cycle.
Refunds and Adjustments
Refunds are governed by our Service Cancellation and Refund Policy. If you have prepaid for
services, a pro-rated adjustment may be applied for the remaining duration.
